1) INFORMATION FLOW

Information will be transmit from 2IC Training to Intake ICs.
Intake ICs will assign their own section ICs and deliver the information to the section ICs. Section ICs will then deliver the messenge to the intake CLTs.
For the 52nd Intake, the Intake IC is Alex Huang.
The main 3 communications are, emailing, through blog & smses.

2) DISCIPLINE

DC and the discipline commitee which is led by Nicholes, will be in-charge of the discipline of the CLTs.

3) AFFIRMATION CEREMONY

This year affirmation ceremony will be carried out in the respective schools.
The ceremony is to be planned by each school's cadet specialist. CLTs are required to go to their respective schools for the affirmation ceremony. It is compulsory for the CLTs to be present. Please take note that, you are to inform your own school about this information.

4) PROMOTION FOR CLTs

Please take note that,
Any People can apply for the promotion to S/CLT.
the Criterial is:
- 250points
- 1 advanced course
- 1 year of service in NCC
Any other information, i will update.

5) AWARDS

Outstanding Award & Gold membership Award.
All may apply for it.
Mainly application is for S/CLT.
Recommendation of CLTs from Schools CO can also apply.

6) OVERSEAS TRIP

Please take note that, overseas trip is mean for everyone no longer for seniors only.
Whoever is interested in the overseas trip example, ICEP (International Cadet Exchange Programme) to NZ, Australia etc, please feel free to sign up for these courses.
You may take the forms from the district office.
Please call the office and inform that you are going down to central office to get the application forms.

7) EXCUSE LETTER FOR SCHOOLS

Please be aware that, you are to inform the COs of your school units about the excuse letter for any NCC events are to be taken from Admin.
Please inform the Admin 4days before the day you need it so that DC can sign and Admin can transmit to Schools.

8) FORUM

Forum is strictly use for enquires and topic discussions.
No information should be delivered from the forum.

9) PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I Belive most of us would want our own unit to get gold unit. Thus, i think that any information given to CLTs are personal responsibility to carry out and inform the COs of respective schools. Any uncertain issues, please bring out so that we may discuss and improve on.

10) COMMITMENT & ATTENDANCE

As a guideline from HQ, your commitment & attendance to school should be 60% and 40% to HQ. HQ central meeting is not consider as the 40% of commitment & attendance.
