Please check your nominal roll as attached for your intake and inform us for any changes.This is crucial as the management will be meeting up to come out with a new list for the district mangement (restricted) for those who are "active" and "non-active" those recognised as "non-active" will be removed from the new list.

CLT Choice for 52nd intake
Please be advised on the CCA that you will be choosing soon. If possible, do not let it hinder your service as Cadet Lieutenant and don't be a quitter.
However, in the end, as what officer-in-charge, Shamsul said "at the end of everything..(be sure that) it is your choice and that truly matters for us" The following are replies from James (senior) and Shamsul (Officer-in-charge) for the issue. Do read and consider your options well in the near future.
James:
Guys, I challenge all of you. Make NCC your MAIN CCA. Trust me, Dragon Boat requires alot of committment. You will spend most of your days in Gym and weekends in Kallang Basin. Dragon Boat is a team CCA, if u skip their training, it will be hard to fit in and catch up.
I have seen alot of ppl drop away from NCC becos of dragon boat.You wanna be fit ... spend your free time go for a work out. Need not be gym. Go running/swimming 3 times a week. After running/swimming, knock out some push ups/sit ups/ leg raise and pull up.
Shamsul:
i agree with James. please consider your choices well and take it as an advise from me and james and whoever else who agrees.we do have members who chose to join dragonboat halfway in their service before your time. but at the end of everything, it's still your choice and that truly matters for us.i must add though, for those going to poly, it might be hard taking initiatives working out. What you can do is get a classmate to work out and start the habit early or initiate a programme for the district or better still the hq to work out or exercise together.

Greetings, how time flies! January has just passed us and now we are in the midst of Feb. Today, HCI has been inaugurated as NCC's PDS Centre of Excellence. We are truly proud of their achievements and i personally believe we will excel at Precision Drill with this new Centre of Excellence.The Advanced Drills Course is drawing near and so is the NCC Challenge Quest. I hope all of you are training hard to take on this 2 major events next month. Looking forward on seeing your faces again at HQ. Till then, have a great weekend.I hope you are overjoyed with your "O" level results. For those of you that did not make it , Take heart, you are still alive. Dont give up and try again. Press on, for you are much tougher than you think.

Affimation Goodie Bags
You may start to sign up for this event.
Basically, you are supposed to come and help pack goodie bags for affirmation ceremony.
Dates: 21st Feb 2007 & 22nd Feb 2007.
Time: Office hours, 8am to 5pm. Anything within the period. No schooling can come early.
This is for people who can make it without the need of Excuse letter. JCs student may sign up and come after your lessons.

Greetings, It's been a cold start to the New Year literally as we are facing heavy showers every other day. I sincerely hope the sun would be out soon and we can get the programmes stored for this year to a hot and sizzling start.
I am seeking volunteers from all Supernumeraries (CLTs & Senior Cadets) for NCC's 2nd Advanced Drills Course that would be conducted from 12 to 15 March 2007. This is the first course to be conducted on the NCC calendar.
16 March 2007 (Friday) is NCC's Challenge Quest.
If you are interested kindly drop me a mail by 31 Jan 07. Its a residential course and i am expecting about 200 trainees.
Please spread the word around and I'm counting on your strong support to make this course as successful, if not better than last year's course.
All School Unit Sgt Majors (USM) OR (ASM) would be invited to join the course. Award winners of last year's Senior Spec Cse and Spec Cse would also be invited to participate in the course.
Places for CLTs who would like to participate for the course would be limited and at the moment its 5 CLTs per district to be selected by your respective District Commanders.
The course Admin Instruction would reach all schools by 30 Jan 2007.
